Hidden pricing is how the industry pads margins. We publish ranges because (1) you should know what fair looks like before you contact us, (2) it builds trust faster than any 'request a quote' form, (3) we believe transparent pricing wins the long game. The ranges reflect low season vs peak, group size, and complexity — not surprise upsells.
All prices shown are total final price for you. We don't add commission on top of what's displayed. Our model: we earn on volume from our service partners (drivers, guides, photographers), not by inflating your invoice. For VIP table bookings specifically, the venue pays us directly — your bottle bill is exactly what you'd pay walking in alone.

For purchases above 1,000€ (yacht, multi-day driver), we send a simple PDF agreement. No subscription, no hidden auto-renewal.
For services under 200€: free cancellation up to 24h before. For 200-1,000€: free cancellation up to 72h before, 50% if cancelled within 72h. For above 1,000€ (yacht, multi-day): 30-day free, 50% within 30-7 days, 100% within 7 days. Force majeure (flight cancelled, illness with medical proof) is always 100% refundable.
We accept Stripe (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), bank transfer (EUR or MAD), and cash on arrival for services under 500€. Local partners (drivers, photographers, babysitters) often prefer cash — we tell you in advance which is which. No crypto, no Western Union — too easy to scam.
Yes — we'd estimate roughly 70% of our work is custom multi-day packages: 3-day couple's honeymoon, 4-day bachelorette, 5-day family with kids, week-long content shoot. Tell us dates, group size, must-haves, must-avoids — we send a proposal with line-by-line pricing within 24h.
