Flowers opened in 2024 inside Dar Marjana near Dar El Bacha, bringing Finnish chef Richard McCormick (Helsinki's Yes Yes Yes) to the Marrakech medina. The menu mixes North African and Mediterranean produce with open-fire cooking — seasonal sharing plates, rare alcohol licence in the heart of the medina, and a rooftop lounge bar overlooking the old city's rooftops.
