The architectural frame is mid-century, a deliberate 1960s aesthetic that brings warm-toned terrazzo, rattan furniture, and period lighting into contrast with the ancient roofscape surrounding it. Open daily from noon to 23:00, the kitchen is vegetarian-focused in a city where that remains unusual: dishes are built around seasonal produce, legumes, preserved lemons, and Moroccan spice blends rather than meat-as-default. The menu changes with availability rather than holding rigidly to a card, which keeps it honest.
