We talk on WhatsApp or Zoom. You tell us how you use Marrakech today, what's broken, what you'd offload. We tell you which tier fits — sometimes none, and we say so.
We meet your house, your staff if you have them, your existing partners. We import your contacts into our shared notes, brief our internal team, set up the WhatsApp channel.
Stripe direct debit on the 1st of each month. One-off requests outside the package (yacht day, photographer half-day, big event setup) are billed at our published rates with the tier discount applied.
Every 3 months we sit down (15 min, virtual) and look at what you actually used, what you didn't, whether the tier still fits. Easy to up- or downgrade — no termination penalty, 30 days notice.
Pay-as-you-go = you book individual services when you need them, with response times of 2-48h depending on the service. Lifestyle Management = you have a dedicated person on WhatsApp, response time under 1h business hours, and they know your kids' names, your wife's allergies, your driver's preferred route. The retainer makes economic sense once you're spending €500+/month on individual concierge — typically 6+ trips a year or any kind of property ownership.
Yes — 30 days written notice, no termination fee, no clawback on what you've used. We don't lock anyone in: if it stops being useful, we'd rather you leave clean and come back later. About 80% of clients who pause for a season come back within 18 months.
A named person, in Marrakech, employed by us. You'll know them by first name. Same person every interaction. Our team is currently 4 people; new hires shadow for 3 months before being assigned to a Resident or Estate client. We never offshore the relationship to the Philippines or India — your concierge needs to physically open your villa.
Third-party costs (driver fuel + their fee, restaurant bill, photographer's day rate, contractor invoices) are passed through at our published rates with your tier's discount. Major property work (renovations, large maintenance) is quoted separately. Travel of our concierge outside Marrakech (Essaouira, Atlas) for your benefit is charged at €100/day plus expenses.
We refer to two trusted real-estate agents we've worked with for years — but we don't take a cut from them. The Estate tier covers managing what you already own; for purchases, we sit in the meetings and translate the contracts but the transaction is between you and the agent. For long-term rentals (6 months+), we can do the search and negotiate at €800 one-time fee.
We cap to keep service quality. Visitor: open enrollment up to 30 active clients (currently 18). Resident: 12 active clients (currently 7). Estate: 6 active clients (currently 4). When a tier hits cap, you go on a waitlist — usually 4-8 weeks.
